Privacy Policy — Watercolor

Watercolor ("the App", "we", "us") turns photos you choose into watercolor-style artwork. This policy explains what data the App handles and why. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. WHAT WE PROCESS

• Photos you select or capture. When you tap Generate, the photo you choose is sent to our backend and to our AI image-processing provider to create your artwork. We use the photo only to produce your result and do not use it to identify you.
• Generated images. Your creations are stored locally on your device in the App's gallery. You can delete them at any time from within the App.
• An anonymous device/user identifier. We generate a random ID to track your free creation allowance, purchased credits, and rewarded-ad rewards. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
• Purchase and credit data. When you buy a Generation Pack, Apple processes the payment. We receive a purchase receipt to grant your credits. We never receive your card or full payment details.
• Basic usage events. We record anonymous events (e.g., a creation was saved) to understand reliability and improve the App.

We do NOT ask for your name, email address, contacts, or location.

1. THIRD PARTIES

We share the minimum data needed with: • Our AI image-processing provider — to generate your artwork from the photo you submit. • Our hosting/database provider — to run the backend and track credits. • Apple — to process in-app purchases. • Google AdMob — to show optional rewarded ads. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

1. DATA RETENTION

• Photos you submit are processed to create your result and are not kept for any other purpose. Generated images live on your device until you delete them. • Anonymous credit/usage records are retained while the App is in use to keep your balance accurate.

1. CHILDREN

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

1. YOUR CHOICES

• Delete creations anytime in the App gallery. • You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. • To request deletion of data associated with your anonymous ID, contact us below.
